NEW UPDATE! 
I've updated this preset with my own CUSTOM controller.  You need to run the included script (run it in after effects) to activate the custom controller,  if you don't, then there will be an error, it will still work, but there will be an error

 
ASLO this new custom controller makes it so this preset works with all languages,  not just english like the old one.  

This is my wonderful Pay What You Want preset to make your own vignette in after effects. I was inspired by a plugin ft-vingetting pro, but its 25$ and mine is what ever you think its worth. My after effects preset does almost just as much as the 25$ plugin. and again, mine could be free. so please enjoy this vignette preset. or at least download it then you'll know how to make your own preset if thats what your into.
